The HPT1500 is a manually operated high-pressure hydraulic tensioner pump in a convenient portable format. With no need for trailing power cords or air hoses, the HPT1500 is ideal for bolt tensioning applications where there is no power source available.
This high-pressure hand pump creates a maximum working pressure of 21,750 psi (1500 bar), and the robust, but lightweight construction provides greater portability than powered tensioner pumps.
To minimize cycle times, the two-speed operation displaces a large volume of oil per stroke at the first stage, and the included pressure gauge keeps you fully informed throughout the process.
